#10 Cokking is the one of chemical enginnering !

Hello, guys.
That's Akari.
Actually I write my blog in English only today, because my lectures in Indonesia will see this post.


In 5, March, I had a experiment of chemical engineering by Ms.Heny.
She is a lecture from chemical engineer.


The topic of this experiment is "Making jam from  rambutans"
Rambutans are traditional fruits which are harvested in only Indonesia.




I got explanation of Rambutans jam by Ms.Hunny.
She used PPTX for explanation and spoke in English for me.
After that, she taught me how to make jam.


I'll tell you that what rambutans are simply.
Shape of them is like circle added hair.

And inside resembles lychees.

Taste is delicious and kind of sweet like grapes.

We cooked rambutans with floor and sugar for about 20 minutes.

Done! It's really simple.

We ate them with bread and cookies.

I'm happy to get Indonesian traditional sweets.

Lastly, I had a great time, because lecturers are very kind to me.
